  This doctor has insisted on seeing my husband three times in his practice the last two months for a minor ongoing illness which is completely controlled by medicine. My husband works for a living and can't be in a doctor's office once a week. His previous doctor only needed to see him twice a year for the past four years. My husband scheduled an eye surgery(unrelated to his illness) and the eye doctor needed a clearance signed by his primary care doctor. Dr? Chadha and office did not fill out the clearance, which consisted of a blood pressure, lungs sounds, and pulse. A trained monkey could look at the chart and copy these numbers. I think Chadha's office threw it in the trash. The eye doctor's office has repeatedly tried to get this form filled out and signed by Dr? Chadha. Chadha's office never contacted us, never filled out the clearance so we were going to have to cancel the appointment. We went to an immediate care center after work and they were able to do this minor paperwork. This doctor wants people to come every month so that he gets paid by each patient every month, instead of every six months. He was arrogant without reason and has now lost another patient. I heard this doctor treats drug addicts for addiction, too. I hope the addicts will receive better care and more kindness and understanding than he showed to us.
